They have done my business amazing well.I took the awful decision to choice Yell to design my website around 13 months ago and my business changed for the worse overnight. During the 2020 lock down I took a call from Tom at Known Locally, its wasn't a hard sale, but I think fair to say I was very wary! A decision I'm glad I took.Tom and the team at Known Locally have in this time managed to ensure my business could be found on the local area maps and sales have increased, I have quarterly telephone updates, but feel that I'm welcome to call in anytime with any issues. The service that I have received for my small business has been brilliant, Tom has helped support me through some of the tough months of Covid and it has been very much appreciated. Having the same person contact you each time is reassuring that you are getting the best help and advice. I would recommend Known Locally to anyone who would like a boost of incoming traffic to their website and thank you Tom for your kindness during the uncertain times we have had.

Don’t touch these! Happy to tell you what they want you to hear at the beginning, no after sales support, no monthly phone contact as promised, when I complained about the service I was receiving, they weren’t willing to listen , the manager’s response (Scott) go somewhere else if you don’t like it. I dealt with Bella recently about reviewing my subscription with Ad People. I'm so pleased I did because quickly I realised Bella "got" my business model and was able to implement some key changes quickly. Going forward I understand she will be my point of contact, which is why I will renew for another 12 months. Its all about people !

Known Locally/Add People have been managing my website for the past year now and the staff are really pleasant and friendly and work hard on the SEO of your site to get you known on Google in your local area. They are very accommodating in writing new pages for your site at your request. They also have a quarterly review with you to make sure everything is going okay with your business and you're receiving the expected traffic to your site. Would highly recommend.
